Decree No. 10 of 1 December 2020 – Confirmation of CIVILIZATION STATUS of the Polish State

 

As the sworn-in Civic President, Representing the Provisional Council of State of the Polish Nation - Social Constitutional Committee, on the basis of the Rationale of State of the Constitution of the Republic of Poland (Article 4) on the Constitutional Civic Duty to care for the common good (Article 82) and on the civic duty to defend the Fatherland (Article .85p.1) acting as the Sovereign, in the interest of the Sovereigns and for the good of the Sovereigns, I issue on December 1, 2020. DECREE with the following content:
THE REPUBLIC OF POLAND 
is a state based on the Natural Law and on the principles of LATIN CIVILIZATION

 

reason:

Article 4 of the 1997 Constitution point 2 enables the exercise of power DIRECTLY by the Polish Nation. The Polish nation has belonged to the Latin civilization for over 1000 years. The Polish Constitution states that Poland is a DEMOCRATIC state ruled by law, that is, recognizing the will of the majority. The fact that the Polish nation belongs to the Latin civilization is an indisputable fact as the data from the Central Statistical Office confirm this: “The census data confirm the statistically dominant position of the Catholic Church of the Latin rite. The community of the faithful of the Roman Catholic Church numbers 33,729,000. people, which constitutes 87.6% of the total population and 96% of the population of people with a recognized religious status”. So it is an overwhelming democratic majority. By this decree, the Provisional Council of State of the Polish Nation - Social Constitutional Committee confirms that the Polish State belongs to the Latin civilization.
 
In view of the above:
1.From December 1, 2020, the basis of law in Poland is Natural Law according to the principles of Latin Civilization. In this way, we deny that Polish law is based on other principles, including the principles of Talmudic, Maritime, Canonical, Roman and other laws.
2.We annul TRUST and the current legal system based on the principles of maritime, canon, Roman, Talmudic and other law. TRUST which, without the knowledge and consent of the public, was allegedly set for 100 years, the alleged contract until December 31, 2020. We cancel the alleged debts unlawfully attributed to the Polish State and cancel the operation of TRUST in relation to the Polish Nation and the Polish State. We do not take legal, financial and moral responsibility for the obligations entered into by the company "Republic Poland of" with No. 0 0 0 7 9 3 1 2, registered in Washington.
3.We take over command of the army, administration, police and all other services of the Polish state.
4.By this Decree, we annul any privileges allegedly granted to Jews by Polish rulers over the centuries in relation to the Polish Nation, in present-day Poland and on former Polish lands. We ensure freedom of religion and conscience, but we equate all Polish citizens in rights and obligations.
5.We cancel the right to acquire Polish land and its lease by foreigners and use it in a any different legal forms.

 

We entrust the execution to SOVEREIGNS, that is the entire Polish Nation society, acting DIRECTLY on the basis of: Article 4, point 1.2, of the Constitution of 1997. and others, in particular Articles 82, 85p.1, 1, 2, 3, 60
